How much does it cost to source furniture from China?
The price depends on the materials, finishes, customization, order quantity and packaging of each piece, and on the supplier chosen. InterBridge quotes its own work per scope, and you agree it before work starts. Freight, customs duties, installation and other third-party costs are separate unless itemized, and each quotation states what its price includes.
How long does custom furniture manufacturing in China take?
The time depends on whether items are stock or custom, how many sample rounds are needed, the order quantity, finishing, the supplier’s capacity and freight to your destination. InterBridge cannot promise a date in advance. The item schedule and milestone tracker show where each piece stands, so delays become visible early.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom furniture from China?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set by each supplier and varies with the product, materials and level of customization, so no single figure applies. A single custom item can be uneconomic once development, packaging and freight are counted. InterBridge asks each supplier for its MOQ per item and records it in the quotation comparison.
Do I need to visit China to source furniture?
No. InterBridge can research suppliers, compare quotations, coordinate samples and track production remotely, and you approve details from the item schedule and photos. A visit to showrooms or factories is optional and can be planned as a separate market-visit itinerary if you want to see materials and finishes in person.
Does furniture sourcing include interior design, installation and shipping?
Not by default. Interior design, technical drawings, structural work, installation, freight, customs and delivery are included only when itemized in the scope. InterBridge can coordinate design input, inspection and shipment readiness when you include them, and the freight and customs providers are confirmed with you before commitment.
What if the furniture does not match the approved sample?
InterBridge keeps a sample and approval log, so the agreed specification is on record. An inspection before shipment, if included, checks the goods against that record. Rework, replacement or a price adjustment then depends on your contract with the supplier, and InterBridge can coordinate the discussion. Supplier dispute support is a separate service if the disagreement continues.
