Scope and limits
- Supplier, exhibitor, venue and transport availability can change and is reconfirmed close to the visit.

- A market or factory visit gives access and observations; it does not by itself verify a supplier or product.
Common questions
How much does a China factory tour or business itinerary cost?
InterBridge quotes itineraries per scope, and you agree the quote before any work starts. The price depends on the number of days and cities, the number of appointments, the group size, the interpretation hours and the local transport needed. Hotels, tickets, visas, insurance, purchases and other third-party charges are excluded unless itemized in the quote.
How far ahead should I plan a China sourcing trip?
Start as soon as your dates are set, because supplier, exhibitor and transport availability can change and appointments need notice. Around trade fairs, hotels and transport in Guangzhou can be harder to find, so earlier planning helps. InterBridge reconfirms appointments close to the visit and updates the itinerary if something changes.
Do I have to travel to China, or can you visit suppliers for me?
A trip is not always necessary. Meeting suppliers and seeing samples in person helps some projects, while others can run remotely. InterBridge coordinates supplier search and factory inspections without you traveling, as separate services, and plans an itinerary when you decide to come. An agent can help you decide which fits your stage.
Can you support a Canton Fair visit?
Yes. For the Canton Fair, held in Guangzhou each spring and autumn, InterBridge can plan around the fair phase you attend, your target categories, meetings, local transport and interpretation. Entry credentials remain the visitor’s responsibility unless specifically scoped. Send your dates and product categories, and an agent replies with the questions needed to shape a route.
Does the itinerary include flights, hotels and visas?
No, not by default. Flights, hotels, visas, tickets and insurance are excluded unless itemized in the proposal. InterBridge plans the local itinerary and can note any third-party coordination you request in the scope. Tell the agent your arrival point and hotel area so routes and travel time are planned realistically.
Does visiting a factory prove the supplier is reliable?
No. A factory or market visit shows what you can observe on the day and does not by itself verify a supplier or product. To reduce risk, combine visits with checks of company information, sample approval and, where relevant, an inspection. InterBridge can add these as separate parts of the scope.
