Privacy notice

This notice explains which information the InterBridge website collects through its forms, how the team uses it and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

The contact, consultation, booking and review forms collect what you enter, such as your name, contact details, project description and preferred time. The team uses booking details to check availability; approving a request may create a calendar invitation. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or confidential case files in a first message.

How information is used

The team uses inquiry details to answer your request and coordinate the service requested. Inquiry forms record the page the message was sent from, the site language, the website the visitor came from and any campaign tags in the link, so the right team member can reply with context. No cookies are set for this. Inquiries are not published.

Reviews and comments

If you submit a review or blog comment, the public fields you provide, including your display name and message, may appear on the site after moderation. Contact email addresses are not shown with public reviews or comments.

Technical information and language

The website uses a cookie to remember a language you select. Security controls may process connection information to limit spam and abuse. Where the hosting provider supports it, an approximate country code may suggest the first language version; you can always choose another language.

Service providers

Website hosting and storage providers process submitted information to operate the site. Email and calendar providers may process inquiry and approved booking details. Links to WhatsApp, WeChat and TikTok are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.

Your questions and requests

Contact the team to ask about information you submitted, or to request a correction or deletion. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive documents. We will review the request together with any record-keeping obligations that apply.
